Ely and Naomi have always been best of friends for years and they are both residing in the same building. Naomi has been meeting Bruce 2 for one month while Ely is a gay. Naomi was uncertain to drop off her virginity with Bruce, because of her furtive love with Ely. Ely and Naomi had a No Kiss List. During the start of the film, they added Gabriel, the doorman, to the catalog. The whole thing is done well until Ely begins fading when Naomi needed him. She has been into troubles with assisting her mother to get back from her divorce. She did not accept that Ely is not a real guy since she has always daydream of Ely feeling infatuated with and then marrying her. The bleakness of this vision makes her dribble at Ely, but he closed it off as sexual worry from her of being a virgin.
One evening, Naomi dated with Bruce 2 and chooses on taking Ely along with them. After an enjoyable evening, Naomi wanted to go home. Ely wanted to stay behind them and pushes Naomi to already have sex with Bruce 2, and she certainly agrees. They clumsily make it out in Bruce's dorm, but his friend by accident opens the door. After a few days, Bruce 2 is hanging on in the hall for Naomi because she did not remember their meeting. Ely appears and tenders Bruce 2 something to drink while waiting Naomi to appear. In Ely's room, Bruce 2 finds his X-men comics; a concern that both of them shared. After a moment of passion, they suddenly kiss each other.
No Kiss List is not one of those romantic comic. It is much more composite than that with topics of love, yes, but also complex friendships, family dynamics and maturation. Victoria Justice is relevant and pleasant as Naomi, while Pierson Fodé played as Ely seems like a man you would want as your gay buddy. The movie at the theatre in Outfest LA was rolling in laughter at its comical comments and endless adoration for Naomi. To add on with some more hilarity, there were sad and sweet portions of the film that may shred the viewers for a bit. Overall, No Kiss List is a funny, entertaining, heartwarming, and there were also some dramatic lines at times. The movie is definitely recommended to watch with family and friends.
